These guys specialize in European cars. Great online booking process in website. The earliest opening was 4 days away. Took the time to answer my questions and explain the costs - It was the first oil change for my 2016 BMW 428i. Took a while longer than a standard quick lube because they actually inspect the car and start a digital profile with pretty clear and helpful pictures of the under body. All deficiencies are noted and explained...this is great because most owners never see it from a mechanics view. Very good experience and I will be going back for future services.

I'm very picky when it comes to who works on my car. I'll happily pay for honesty and that's all I really ask for. Just haven't had it with prior dealers or mechanics. I put 210,000 km on my car without a mechanic ever touching it other than myself. But I'm not a mechanic and some things I just don't understand or want to take a chance with. Found this shop online, spoke to Will (owner) and I had a great experience. Misha diagnosed my car with a failed thermostat (4 hrs labor to replace it as half the engine bay needs to come out... thanks Volkswagen engineers). They replaced my timing belt and water pump while they were at it per my request. Very pleased. I had another unrelated issue now at 225,000 km and Misha took care of me today. Great customer service. Not the cheapest I've found but they know their stuff and have been honest with me, and that's really worth it. Glad to have found them. I can (hand over heart) say they are infinitely more knowledgeable than Owasco VW (Whitby) and 401 Dixie VW, and the quality is higher and cheaper. Keep up the good work guys. Good people. Impressive work ethic and the command at work. The labor charges are decent and in my case they spent time on my car but it wasnt successful at 1st attempt so they didnt charge me for that window which shows their honesty and sincerety towards the work and customer. Overall am satisfied and looking forward to visit them again. The only feedback is it's harder to reach out to them sometimes via phone. Have to try multiple times before its picked. So if that can be improved, would be fantastic.

I've been bringing my M5 and Jaguar XK to Will and the guys for a few years now. You know you need to find a good shop once your warranty is up! Whatever is required, from a simple oil change to dropping the sub-frame and removing axles, Jag's are a pain to work on, Will and the guy's do an excellent job. Nothing they can't handle.
